1. Overview

This website is operated by Sohail Solutions LLC, trading as Nexoraa Vibe. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nexoraa Vibe. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We work hard to display colours, dimensions and specifications accurately, but screens vary and product images are for illustration only, so minor variations can occur.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed by dealers or resellers, orders with suspected fraudulent payment details, and orders affected by a pricing or stock error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we issue a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for processing and transit times.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Nexoraa Vibe or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

9. Product safety and electrical standards

Electrical products sold on this site are supplied for use with a standard US 110-120V outlet and a US plug unless the product page states otherwise. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product and keep it away from water unless it is rated for wet use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexoraa Vibe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products bought from it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
