1. Where we ship
Nexoraa Vibe currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are working on international delivery and will announce it on this page when it is available.
2. Order processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are checked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, at weekends or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping options and cost

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day you place it. Total time to your door is processing time plus transit time.
4. Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
5. Split shipments
If you order several items they may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.
6. Delivery delays
Estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier backlogs, customs checks and peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add time. We will always keep you informed if we know your order is running late.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly.
8. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, please check with neighbours and your building manager, then contact us within 7 days. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Taxes and duties
All prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. As we ship domestically, there are no import duties to pay.
